Positives - WhatsApp messaging service for guests was so helpful and staff were quick to respond. The shuttle service was a brilliant idea for helping you get home after dinner as the climb is steep back up to the castle. The bed linen and pillows were so good and the bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful at all times. There were ample fresh towels by the pool. Hotel is in a lovely location and pretty setting next to the castle in the old town with great views of the port from the pool. Free bottle of bubbles on arrival and fresh bottles of water provided everyday. Free dressing gowns and slippers. Aircon was excellent without any noise.hotel was very clean. Areas for improvement - The inside facilities of the hotel (restaurant / bar) could be better utilised as very quiet. More healthy options on the lunch menu perhaps? The only salad was covered in dressing. A bin in the bedroom would be useful. Breakfast was very over priced at around €40 if you didn’t have it included. There was a more basic cheaper breakfast but there wasn’t much for the money.

What a beautiful, amazing hotel, Set in the beautiful Dalt Vila in Ibiza town. The staff were amazing, the room was great. The level of attention to detail is fantastic with such great service, where nothing was too much trouble for our entire stay. Great pool and bar overlooking ibiza town, very quiet. Breakfast great too. Would highly recommend this hotel. A+++++++++++++

The whole experience was wonderful. The hotel is made up of 3 separate buildings. We were in the tower with the most beautiful view over Evissa. The complementary shuttle to and from town is a godsend as the old town where the hotel is situated has many steep streets. The breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. The best thing though were the staff. They were so helpful with everything, going above and beyond for every request. Sara was terrific. We rarely consider going back to the same place twice but we are considering it for this hotel.
