Great small-scale apart-hotel

We stayed 9 days in this hotel with a baby of 1 year and our son of 7. On arrival we got a great room but we didn't really like the view (street side). We requested an upgrade to a larger room with sea view and this was arranged immediately for a small fee. The staff is fantastic at the hotel, whatever you ask they think along with you and do everything to make you feel at home. In the restaurant work very nice people who pay a lot of attention to children. Our 1 year old baby and our 7 year old son loved them. Especially Anna is super nice, without selling the rest short because they are also great. The hotel is located in a street with a few shops and restaurants, but there are many dilapidated / vacant buildings. There is not much to do in the street but it is nice and quiet in contrast to the entertainment area in San Antoni. Overall, I recommend everyone to go to this hotel. It's great!

Lovely hotel that could do with a bit more going on for children being a family hotel. Evening dinner doesn’t start until 7.30 so not ideal for little children and it also lacked in choice. On the children’s cart there was chips, pasta and some sort of chicken option only. Adult dinner was very limited also. There’s not much to choose from especially if you’re a picky eater. Snack bar at pool, also limited to around 5 mains, but the club sandwich was good. There’s a few local restaurants in walking distance and a shop attached. Hotel itself is clean. Beds are very hard. Family room not very spacious for 4. And be prepared to put towels out when the pool opens at 9, now the school holidays have started.
