We paid the required security deposit before arriving, exactly as instructed by the hotel. However, when we checked in, the concierge insisted that we pay a second security deposit. He appeared unfamiliar with the hotel’s own procedures and was unable to explain why an additional deposit was required. We only agreed to pay it after being assured that both deposits would be refunded. When we checked out, we were told that, as we had left the room spotless, both deposits would be refunded in full. To date, however, we have only received one of those refunds. After contacting the hotel, they acknowledged that the second deposit should never have been taken and confirmed that it would be refunded. They initially said they would treat the matter as a priority, but since then they have stopped responding to our emails and have ceased all communication. It is extremely disappointing that the hotel has acknowledged its mistake but has still failed to return money that they agree is owed to us. This has left us significantly out of pocket and has completely overshadowed our stay. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. If this is how genuine customer issues are handled, I would have serious concerns about the hotel’s professionalism and customer service. There are plenty of alternative accommodation options that value their guests and deal with problems promptly and fairly.

My stay at The Loft House Ibiza was great! Since I arrived early in the day, I could not check in immediately and was welcomed with a delicious cocktail by the pool, where I could wait and while my luggage was safely stored. I found a beautiful and very spacious apartment, with nice balcony with side sea view and beautiful sunrise! Everything looked brand new, the hotel just opened. Lovely, spacious, sturdy beds, in a nice bedroom with air conditioning and good blackout curtains. Complete kitchen and a very nice bathroom with soft towels and plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The living room also has a lovely (sleeping) sofa and is very comfortable, also air conditioned. The entire apartment exudes tranquility and is decorated with care and stylish. The staff is very friendly and know you by name, which contributes to your immediate home feeling. The service is therefore very personal and everyone says goodbye to you. The personal welcome note certainly contributed to this. There were also fruits and bottles of water in the room. Barbara deserves a special mention: I have never met a receptionist who is so energetic, friendly, cheerful, authentic, helpful and thoughtful. Really a very great asset for the hotel! Thanks for everything, Barbara! The accompanying bar Fenomenal serves a fantastic breakfast, which I enjoyed every morning. You also get a discount on other items from the menu. The tacos are highly recommended! In addition, the hotel is very central, right in the lively center. For example, the hippie market of Punta Arabi is a few minutes walk away. Opposite and adjacent to the hotel are a number of establishments that are open until late at night. Very handy, but not bothered in terms of sound. Also very nice that the hotel has private parking spaces, because parking in Es Canar itself is not easy. With a heavy heart I had to leave this lovely place, but I will definitely be back here! A nice new permanent address in Ibiza! Really recommended with a very good value for money! ❤️

The decor, the location, and the ambiance. The small detail I must mention is that it was not very easy to park the car (high step between the street and the parking lot). However, I must also mention the receptionists. Really very friendly and helpful! A nice spa hotel at high prices.
