After check-out, we accidentally left a pink box with my partner's gold jewelry in room 1215. We have photographic evidence showing it on the hotel sofa. According to the hotel's own investigation report, the housekeeper spent nearly 40 minutes alone cleaning the room right after our departure. Despite this, management claims she "saw nothing" and refuses to provide their liability insurance details. Absolutely zero security for guests' forgotten items. DO NOT stay here!

Just on the way home from a wonderful trip away with the gorls and I just had to leave a review about our wonderful experience here. Jun, a member of staff, made our holiday special with the friendly and helpful service he provided. Every night he was here to assist us with whatever we needed without hesitation. His wonderful manners brought a smile to our faces every night. Now Jun is a friend of ours and I can’t wait until we return to this welcoming apartment to see him! The rooms had everything we needed and the pool was very clean. Thank you Jun for you’re welcoming service! We won’t forget you!!!

Staying here for 3 nights alone whilst visiting a friend doing the season. At first I was happy, clean spacious room. The bathroom needs a revamp but it was clean. Friendly staff and good location. Today (the day before I fly home) I had a white envelope containing €70 go missing out of my room. Stupid me should have put it in the safe but still I shouldn’t have to not trust where I’m staying. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist who wrote down a note and said he’ll let me know tomorrow before I check out. I’m now bound to my hotel room with no money for food , drink or to get to the airport because the money id put aside for my last day has either been throw away as a mistake or stolen. I have had nobody come back to my hotel room, myself and whoever has a key to gain entry are the only people able to get in. I’m mortified and it’s ruined my holiday!
