Torrent Bay Club

We visited in August having stayed last year and we really like the area. The sun beds are the worst sun beds I have ever used!! The amount we paid for the week I really expected the sun beds to have replaced. They’re rubbish! The bar area is an absolute disgrace and is exactly the same last year. It’s like they don’t care and cannot be bothered! It’s a mess and it wouldn’t take very long to sort it out! There was a brand new pool table still in the wrapping just left to rot. The straw umbrellas are absolutely rubbish, looks awful and needs replacing- it’s not mega money. There are old bits of the straw umbrellas dumped around the pool area - it’s compete lack of care and attention. I don’t see the point in paying the 2 ladies to stay for the rest of the day. I never saw anyone purchase any food or drinks. The bar is a mess no one is going to use it!! There are lots of missing pool tiles. It’s literally heartbreaking to see. The staff have given up. You can see the lack of care and attention clearly. No one’s heart is jn it anymore. The children’s park is a dump It’s such a lovely area with a beautiful beach and this place was a LET DOWN. Management need to do something about it quick! I know people are living there maybe that’s why it’s being left to wreck and ruin.

Nothing to do with the photos of the site.. the bungalows are obsolete... badly done cleaning..dirty sheets on arrival, sofa bed not made, hob broken, bathroom furniture in very bad condition, table ping unusable, breakfast raz les daisies, dirty and not at all pleasant staff, cockroach around the pool, deckchairs worn and unusable, very poorly soundproofed (we meant to bail people from above qd same) In short very bad stay False advertising..

We stayed at the property in Port d'es Torrent. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful and so in the days to come but unfortunately the structure is not as it looks from the photos on the booking sites. There is a lot of care in the management of the pool but not as much in the maintenance of the rooms. I expected a nice and new environment, instead our rooms and all the building that housed it needs a renovation. We were on the second floor with no elevator. All in all we were fine but what we were offered was not worth the money spent. The location and the presence of a convenient parking right in front of the structure are an added value.
