Ibiza Jet Apartments

Girls' trip!! The location is perfect and we received super pleasant service, Jesús made us feel right at home! A 10 for him

NO NO NO The only good thing about this stay was the location of the apartment. The room was not cleaned, and we still have not given ourselves a reason since the cleaning ladies were outside talking. The staff is very scarce and unfriendly; the only one who stands out is the luggage boy. When we arrived, we asked if we could leave our backpacks in a room at check-out since our flight was in the evening. The boy who spoke Italian said yes and that it was free until 3 PM and after that it would be €5 per person, but we should not have to pay because they were small backpacks. On the day of check-out, the very unfriendly girl told us instead that we would have to pay. In all of this, we could not even pay with a card but only in cash and, of course, without a receipt. It seems crazy to me for the price they charge; I have never seen anyone charge for luggage storage, or at least not €5 per person! Moreover, we had read reviews about the beach loungers, but it was not like that. We paid €15 for a lounger and €20 for a shared umbrella. For just one day. Additionally, we had no one next to us, and they moved the third lounger because "the feet block the shade of another umbrella"—it's madness. Not to mention the "bar/restaurant" located on the beach; we ordered some toast with fries at a cost of €9.50 per person. Good, to be fair, but the price still seems excessive to me. We asked for the bill, and they brought it to everyone except us. We went to the cash register to pay, asked to split it three ways, and at first, he was saying no, then he did it and increased the price. Of course, we are not foolish and noticed it, but if he had charged us the total, we would have split it among ourselves. ALL OF THIS IS REALLY MADNESS. We will not return even to save a little money.

The reception staff are friendly and efficient. In particular, a thank you to Isidoro for his availability and professionalism.
