SAN REMO

The staff at this hotel are very rude. Bar staff are snappy, staff in food hall roll their eyes and have a go when asking for knifes and forks etc, cleaners knocking on our door 15 minutes before check out time telling us to hurry up. Overall not a good experience with the staff. The food isn’t great either, not much selection apart from sea food. The only good thing is the location as it’s by the beach.

Just got back form a weeks all inclusive, what a lovely hotel, set right on the beach with a taxi rank on the main road and water taxi right behind the hotel. Food was of a good quality and plentiful (one of our party was vegetarian and there was plenty of choice) drinks were good and not watered down like some of the reviews suggest. Rooms clean and beds very comfy. Only negative was the awful women on reception, we arrived at 1.30 and she kept us waiting and we couldn't check into 2pm (despite checking in all the other people in front of us) Then the next day she allocated our room to two ladies from Liverpool who had requested an early check in and they opened the door when we were in the room. We then went down to reception to ask what had happened she was extremely rude and waved us away so we complained to Carlos the manager who dealt with it very professionally. Highly recommend

Fantastic stay, the hotel offers everything, including free beach towel service. The breakfast is excellent, complete with a chef who prepares delicacies on the spot. A thank you to Florence for her professionalism and patience. The only thing missing is the minibar, otherwise it is perfect.
