Aparthotel Tropic Garden

My husband and I visited the hotel last May. We really liked it so much we made the decision to return. So, on the 27th of June this year we returned again. We loved the familiarity when we walked into the reception. It all felt very comfortable. Luna greeted us and booked us into our suite. It wasn’t ready as we were early, but we were told to go and have lunch and then return to the desk. Luna and the rest of the reception staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our suite was perfect for us. We had a side sea view, but there was a lot of sea view, lol. It was amazing. The suite was just right in every way. We loved it. Very close to the lifts too. The young ladies came in daily to clean, change towels etc. They were always smiling, and efficient. The food in the restaurant was the same as last year. Varied, with a different theme nightly. Very tasty and plentiful. We had some of the best fish, cooked on the hot plate by the same chef, whom I constantly complimented. We were greeted by Ruby, as we walked in. A beautiful happy lady always. The restaurant staff work very hard and are always very pleasant. There are a loads of sunbeds, no need to get up early to reserve. The staff always keep the grounds perfectly clean, as do the staff inside the hotel. The bar staff are always happy, and in the evenings it is waiter service. The entertainment team are amazing. Genesis, Jesus, Judith, Jesse, Filene, Ully, and Luna. They keep everyone, children included, entertained throughout the day and in the evenings with their well thought out and highly practiced routines. There were also a couple of professional acts on , which were great. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and hope to return this September.

Myself and my partner (early 60's) have stayed in Ibiza many times and just had the most amazing 9 nights stay at the Tropic Gardens..(Stayed 18th -26th June)We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked to go back again next june 2027 and September 2027. Our friends came for 7 nights along side us and have also re-booked for next year. The Hotel is absolutely spotless, with the staff working tirelessly to keep every corner sparkling. Our room was on the first floor (room 1152) at the back of the Hotel , overlooking the road, at first I was a little disappointed as not to have sea view , however the room was quiet and had the sun in the afternoon , so you could chill on the balcony with a drink if you wished. ( I would prob request this room next year) The room itself was a suite, which had a separate living room and bedroom , each room had a TV in them . There was a kettle, cups and saucers and glasses, fridge safe provided in the cost. The bathroom had a shower over the bath , with a soap and shower dispenser included . ( Although I did not use them as brought my own). There was a water station on each of the landings outside the room for you to fill up your own water bottles with filtered cold water. There was also a glass carafe in the fridge for you to fill up and store water in your room . The food in the Restaurant was amazing . Each night had a different food Theme, from chinese, Mexican, Indian , Local ,and absolute abundance of food to suit all taste buds. My partner was in dessert heaven , trying most cakes, jellies, icecreams etc most nights :-) We went half board plus , so had drinks included in our package . Help yourself to wine, beer and variety of soft drinks with your meals. Breakfast was delicious, from full cooked English to amazing Pastries, yogurts, fruits and lots of varieties of breads - they even had Porridge :-). There were children in the Hotel and dining room , no problem what so ever to be honest . After all this is a Family /Older Couples/Young couples Hotel not Adults Only , so you would expect children . Location is about 15 minutes walk into Santa Eularlia , Which is a good to walk off all that Delicious food. The Pool area was spacious and clean , plenty of sun beds . Regardless of what time we went to the pool, we always managed to get beds , not always brollies but beds not a problem . Maybe a few more brollies were needed . All in all we had an amazing time staying at the Tropic Gardens and cannot wait to return next year with our friends :-)

We have been visiting the Tropic Garden regularly since 2016. One of the main reasons we continue to book is the entertainment team. This year again they went above and beyond for our 11 and 7 year old children. Special thanks to Jeske, Jesus, Ully and Luna for getting both the children and adults involved and making memories for another year. It was also nice to meet Fiene and Judith this year. We also wanted to thank Xavi and Valintino for the excellent service at the bar in the evening. Always service this a smile and recommending different drinks to try. The reception team and Kim were fantastic too and you can't fault the cleaning team either. We enjoyed the themed meals in the evenings and the variety of different dishes to try. This year also saw some new activities for the adults and children which were a welcomed addition. We hope to visit again soon.
