The service at the reception was very unfriendly. Breakfast was very basic and the rooms are very noisy, as if you are sleeping on the street. The hygiene is truly appalling, there was a cockroach in our room. Linares itself is not really a top location.

The hotel managers were fantastic. We had a problem with the reservation, and they fully refunded us (even though they were not obligated to do so). They demonstrated an honesty that is almost impossible to find these days. Exceptional.

I have not given it more stars because I consider that both the facade and the reception of the hotel need a remodel. Otherwise all perfect. RENOVATED HOTEL with huge double bed of 2x2 m. mattress and very comfortable new pillows. The bathroom with super modern shower column and everything very clean. The truth is that seeing the reception you do not expect that then the rooms are so comfortable, The only catch is that they do not have a space for loading and unloading luggage or boarding and disembarking guests and is located in a busy street of cars.
