The staff is very friendly and always trying to please, but the hotel is very old and needs a major upgrade. My complaint is that they enter the rooms once they have been cleaned without needing to do so. I left the air conditioning on because it was hot, and when I arrived in the afternoon, I found it turned off; upon asking at the front desk why they had entered and turned off the air, no one could give me an explanation. They do not have a restaurant or a coffee shop for breakfast.

We went to spend 1 weekend in July for 1 event, we stayed and everything perfect until the receptionist of the night told us girls do not be late, at first it was funny and we commented q funny. We arrived at 3:15 in the morning and it seemed that he did not like that we arrived so late .The next morning we are caught our attention because we have left the air conditioning on which we left it because it was unbearable the temperatures q towards that weekend to 40* and we are in all our right to have the air on.The next night when we arrived from the event also early the same receptionist of the previous night we are again caught the attention as soon as we enter the noise q supposedly were making when in the hotel was only us and the good man annoyed 2 nights in a row q we do not let him rest q is what he will be used to and reveal his sweet dreams . When we went up to the room “surprise” we had turned off the air conditioners when they should not enter our room for privacy.

We got a large clean and bright room with no frills. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was no extra charge for our six year old daughter. We could leave our bycycles savely inside in the patio without any fee. Best mark for the price!
