Hotel Hacienda Real de Linares

Great hotel, meets expectations

For a last minute hotel it was great they had a room for me and my family but was not told there would be a ballroom/party that same night right next to the room (very loud) wasn't able to sleep and was also dirty, I don't think it was cleaned before us. Disappointing!

Horrible customer service, the phones in the rooms do not work and the television does not connect to any channel, they also take a long time or do not come, even terrible, please improve your service and electrical appliances and the room is very comfortable.
