Finca De Los Arandinos

Finca de los Arandinos is a four-star hotel in the heart of the Rioja wine region. It is very nicely located and from the balcony you have a fantastic view. The beds are very good and especially very big in our room. It's just a shame that everything exudes faded glory. The hotel's interior, the bathroom, the floors, the wallpaper: everything must be thoroughly renovated. There was also rust on the drain grates in the wellness area. It all gives a very tired impression, as if the owners don't really feel like it anymore. Too bad, because it could really be something very beautiful.

The + It is not expensive The rooms have incredible views The restaurant staff is pleasant The wine is good The - Dogs are charged for but…. Barely tolerated 🤬 ⛔️in common areas ⛔️to leave them in the room AND ⛔️to take them to lunch or breakfast But charged €25 per day 🤯❗️❗️ The basic SPA is charged and by reservation only 🤪 The "fold-out" bathroom feels like a student studio.... Original but a bit limited ❗️ ⚠️ The reception staff speaks neither English nor French..... and is not very accommodating. In summary, it is not really a hotel....

We had a magical stay here. The wines were incredible, the food was great, the area was beautiful and the hotel itself was stunning. The staff were fantastic too especially the restaurant staff. It was very hot when we were there so the only negative I’d have is that there’s no outdoor pool!
