Aa Los Bracos Hotel

Far from being a 4-star establishment. The breakfast was very poor and of low quality, the rooms were outdated, the bathroom was in poor hygienic condition, and the radiator was rusty and dirty. The windows are not soundproof.

Perfect location, the only good thing about the hotel, the rest a disaster. Impossible to sleep because the street noises as if they were in the room. The bathroom is scarce throughout, a small useless soap and two small bottles of gel. The high-handed receptionist in the morning, we told her that the bathroom slipped a lot, if they could put some plastic at our feet and she answered to me to hold on tight so as not to fall. The regrettable breakfast, there was a large group eating breakfast on the mezzanine and the waitress could not make us fried eggs. The buffet is sparse and unattractive. I'm not stepping on this hotel again and advising others not to. You have 2 stars left over

The rooms are not air conditioned and very noisy if the window is open. We asked three different staff to help and were given three different responses. Every guest we spoke to was complaining about the hot, stuffy room and a lack of sleep.
