Acceptable room with no frills. Low value for money. We had a good breakfast and returned to lunch at noon. Food service menu of the day lousy. They served us bad food. Making the decision to cook such a food and serve it speaks volumes of the place, because literally salmon smelled like garbage, it could not have been overlooked.

On December 31st I went with my wife to the city of Calahorra and we were treated very badly. They didn’t take what we had asked for and even after waiting more than half an hour, we asked the waitresses, and they kept not attending us, but they served several tables that arrived well after. We reclaim, and waitresses with a grievous deal and no education. A service disaster, I don't recommend it and we're not coming back.

A man of about 25 years refused to give me a room, despite me handing out my passport and being a decent person. He obliges clients to posess a smartphone and tell him the number !!! Discrimination of non-smartphone users. Calahorra discriminates guests without smartphone. I searched for another 5 hours in 7 hotels until I found a room in Logrono !!!
