Hotel FG Logrono

Part of a tour group, arrived for a 1 night stay. The staff was pleasant, the rooms decent and compact. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was perfect for quickly getting into the main plaza areas. When you come out the front of the hotel across the street you are right a the Camino Frances sign and path through the Logrono central town area. The day I was at this hotel, there was a festival taking place, making the stay in the area even more special for a peregrino/pilgrim traveler.

Be WARNED: if booking a nonrefundable ticket, they will NOT allow you to change the date even if notified immediately. If you don't encounter that problem, the hotel is reasonably located with standard reliable amenities (gym, A/C). Please NOTE that if you book a nonrefundable rate, they will NOT allow you to change the date, even if you notify them an hour in advance. If you do not have that problem, the hotel is reasonably well located and has standard reliable services (gym, air conditioning).

Hotel with an excellent location, at one of the entrances to the old town. You can move around on foot without any problem. I was able to park in a free parking lot about 10 minutes away. It has a garage, but it seems a bit complicated due to the elevator and the limited dimensions of the parking spaces. I didn't use it; my car is large, and I didn't trust it. It retains part of an old facade, but that is the only "nice" thing it has, as it is a functional hotel. The breakfast buffet is short, without a great variety, but certainly with quality products. A good option for visiting the old town of Logroño. It is fine for one night.
