Parador De Santo Domingo De La Calzada

A superb stop on my Camino. From the impeccable welcome to the comfort, everything was perfect. And a big thank you for the picnic bag, which was very useful for my long stage of the day.

Cleanliness very well and attention from staff. Room 104 above the entrance, all the time when the automatic sliding door opens a nuisance. The cathedral bells didn't bother us. And the rest was not as desired.

This is a lovely Parador in the middle of Santo Domingo. A perfect location to visit the area. It has a gorgeous lobby to enjoy your pre-dinner drinks. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Indoor or outdoor parking. The only recommendation I would make is investing in soundproof windows.the front rooms right on the main square provides a lovely view however it can be noisy, especially on a Saturday night.
