H10 Lanzarote Princess

Location is superb for the beach playa blanca sonly 10 minutes away marina close by hotel needs updating ego dinner room chairs carpets and bathrooms these were negative s food was good breakfast good evening meal was OK cocktails were poor don't buy there green water bottles use own I would go back half board was our option the safe was good indoor pool excellent sunbeds plentiful coffee bar good finally not hotel airport new ees security again when you go home you have to register again

What can I say. What a fantastic hotel. Rooms very clean and tidy. Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Bathrooms with baths are so old fashioned. Need to upgrade to a walk in shower. Main buffet restaurant was great Lots of choice but small amounts put out so always fresh. A real treat for free prosecco at breakfast 😋 All communal areas were immaculate. The gardens were beautiful. Small shop just over the road for any essentials needed. The only negative we had was the access from the buffet restaurant to the outside seating area. The door was dangerous 😳 Didn't always open causing accidents. But I would definitely return.

This hotel is amazing . Especially having breakfast in the Italian restaurant as we were privilege . Anita the waitress is friendly kind and very helpful in her job she goes above and beyond .the only thing bad was we got up one morning we heard glass shatter the light on balcony had exploded glass everywhere we reported to reception then went on our way they said send someone up straight away never did , so in evening I rang down again they did eventually send someone so we could not go out on balcony .plus I had a accident with foot . Anyway food was absolutely great in all restaurants especially the Japanese we will definitely be returning after our second visit thanks H10 princess
