Apartamentos Santa Rosa

Just got back from a week here, I emailed the hotel after booking it requesting a ground floor apartment due to mobility issues, which they said they would do their best with. On arrival we found we had been allocated a one bedroom ground floor bungalow, very close to the pool, cafe and restaurant. The bungalow was excellent, bed comfortable, bathroom equipped for disabilities, as was the bungalow itself with extremely wide doors for disability access, the air conditioning was superb. The towels were beautifully white and soft and housekeeping was excellent. All the staff were wonderfully helpful, with smiles on their faces at all times. The breakfasts were excellent, but we did not eat in the restaurant on an evening, as we preferred to go out to the numerous excellent restaurants in an evening. We did have a problem with a blockage in our bathroom at one point, but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The grounds were kept excellently maintained and the pools and surrounding areas were cleaned early every morning. The complex itself is fantastically thought out for mobility issues and getting about the complex itself and the surrounding area with mobility scooters or wheelchairs is a breeze. We cannot recommend this complex enough, it is good value for money, clean and welcoming in every aspect, and we will have no hesitation in returning.

Just got home from a fantastic 10 days at this complex. Apartments very clean and spacious the staff are mostly friendly and helpful but ari was fantastic and stood above the rest always a happy smile behind the bar and also at dinner she went above and beyond to make ourselves and other people fill comfortable and welcomed. She was amazing with all the children and absolute credit to the complex and worth her weight in gold. I'm coming back in February and will definitely chose this complex and hope to have the pleasure of meeting this very special young lady again we all love you ARI

Here now been here 10 days. Rooms clean and basic but that’s fine.pool is very salty and can be very cold in a morning. Not used the restaurant but had drinks and a breakfast in the pool bar which is very nice. Location is a little out the way 20min walk into teguise. Hotel is fantastic for people with limited mobility we have two rooms one adapted. All in all a nice hotel and good experience. Read some bad reviews but for us no issues at all
