Hotel was good overall however there was a couple of things which could be improved on. The customer service team was rude one evening to my daughter due to her having her feet slightly off the ground and the back of her calf touching the yellow sofa so that she could see the entrainment as the seats were revolving with the bar and this was so she could see, others were seen sleeping on them, and sitting with feet fully on the sofa's and nothing said to them. The hotel has lots of rules which are not made clear and signs dotted in various places all over the hotel. We had to leave 15 minutes before breakfast on our last day so I spoke to a man on reception the day before to ask if we would be able to grab some fruit as we had already paid for that breakfast but was told no and it was my fault for leaving before breakfast. Other hotels I have visited in the past usually let you have something basic like fruit and water. Rooms were nice with fantastic view however the floors in the bedroom and bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location was very good for what I wanted, literally on the sea front and walking distance to beaches restaurants bars and shops. The staff were amazing very friendly helpful and went out of their way to make my trip great, reception staff all brilliant and when I had a small issue with my room they sorted the next day. Restaurant manager and all the table staff were excellent couldn't fault them very polite helpful and professional. The room had a great view of the ocean and pool area. The whole hotel was spotless, reception, grounds,pool area, rooms, hallways couldn't fault it. General noise level was fine no issues at all quiet and relaxing during the day and at night even after the entertainment. The entertainment wasn't great if I'm honest but you can please everyone. I would say that this hotel is at the right value and I would definitely recommend it and return.

An absolutely fabulous holiday with my sister. An excellent beach location. All staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Siam and Abidan in the restaurant. The restaurant provided an excellent choice of food and themed nights, the food is delicious. The hotel has high standards of cleanliness. We enjoyed the variety of entertainment each evening and the revolving bar. Will definitely be returning in the near future.
