just returned from a week here with my partner and two children, apartments were clean and cleaners always made it spotless even with the mess of our children!! food was fantastic great range of food, breakfast was amazing every morning, staff were helpful throughout our stay, if visiting the beach id suggest getting a taxi as its a lot quicker and stress free, overall good affordable holiday, will be returning again soon.

Came to say in main hotel as we've stayed here b4 an it just wasn't the same although the hotel is stunning clean close to the main strip of Puerto del Carmen there's plenty of restaurants to eat at the food was to a high standard first time but like anything you get bored of repeat Dishes haven't been for a while but would return to see if improved

My fiancé & I visited Lanzarote last May (late review I know! But busy planing our wedding in two weeks!) and had the time of our lives! Lanzarote has so much to offer young people and families alike. However, our hotel wasn't the best. The pod was mediocre and the rooms weren't the most comfortable. ARRIVAL Upon arrival at the hotel you are brought into a stunning reception with promising sites of the hotel, but upon closer inspection, there are a lot of areas that aren't that nice. FOOD We were stuck with the early sitting for dinner due to our arrival date, which was at 6pm, which is way too early for us. The food was pretty much the same every lunch time and dinner. We never saw breakfast as we weren't up early enough: 7.30-9.30am. ROOMS We had an apartment as opposed to a standard hotel room. It was okay. Spacious and clean, but not very comfortable. We are very glad we didn't visit in the hot hot months as there was no way to cool the room down. You are supplied with a standard TV in the lounge area which was a plus. POOLS The pool areas aren't a bad size but there's not enough sun beds and despite there being signs that beds aren't to be saved etc, the hotel staff do nothing to stop this. LANZAROTE Outside of the hotel walls, we had a fabulous time. There's so many different bars and restaurants to see and try. The music is current in most bars and the beach is nice and clean. We would definitely return to Puerto Del Carmen, but a different hotel.
