I go to PDC 3 x a year and stay in 2 hotels near by but both were having a refurb so tried here. This was a fabulous little apartment complex. We had a 2 bed apt which slept 6 and it was huge, like a little villa. Gorgeous comfy beds, spotlessly clean, air con, toiletries included - towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, washing up liquid. Lovely large shower. Sunbeds on the patio. Water in the fridge and offer of champagne on arrival. Staff are lovely and friendly, pool bar does lovely food and cocktails for 5 euros which were nice. They also sell ice creams, cold cans and even bottles of beer and wine to take back to you room. There is a hot tub by the pool which is a nice touch. Pool is heated so takes the chill off when getting in. This complex even has a villa attached if your a bigger family. It really was nice and i 100% would stay again. Perfect location 5 mins from all the shops bars restaurants and beach. There were a few tiny niggles... there was not enough sunbeds, there is loads of space for more sunbeds if they just lay them out better. There is space for at least another 10/15 beds which i think they need to add. The kitchen has no plug sockets for kettle/toaster etc so we had to sit them on a chair and plug them in near the sofa. The biggest negative for some people may be that it is unsuitable for people with mobiity issues as every apartment had stairs to the door. Reception, toilets and the pool bar are all down a large flight of stairs. My dad has mobility issues and uses a scooter so when he comes away with me we would be unable to stay here. Check out is 12 but if you have a late flight you can leave your luggage in reception until 5pm and use the courtesy room which has 2 showers plenty of towels and some sofas to relax while others in your group are showering. You do need to book a slot to use this. You can hire pool towels from reception for a 10 euro deposit. I will defo return. This was the cleanest apartment i have stayed in in PDC. There is a beautiful cat that lives outside room 130 or there abouts please give him some food and water. He is very grateful.

Spent 2 weeks there recently and have to say it was the best place we ever stayed in PDC. Fantastic location few mins walk from the strip. A spar shop next door. The apartment was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, modern decor, all the facilities you need. The pool area was spacious and well maintained, lots of sunbeds and no early morning sunbed wars. What really makes Rosamar special is the wonderful staff. So friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough for you. Jutta at reception was so friendly and helpful. We will certainly be returning and would highly recommend.

Great location, just off the main strip/beach. We have stayed here many times and it's always very good but every time it gets better. The rooms have been modernised and upgraded, from new bathroom with great new showers, 2 flat screen TV and new bed linen. All with aircon. The heated pool is always inviting with plenty of loungers/ umbrellas. Jutta and her staff are always available and happy to help, not that we needed them for anything. The on site cafe/bar is perfect for a cold beer and a bit of lunch in the shade. What's not to like!!!
