Excellent stay. Girls in entertainment team are brilliant and work so hard. A special shout out to Emilia in the kids club.

I went with my sister for a 3 night stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and cool (great AC). We had a junior suite with lovely balcony overlooking the pool and sunset. There are 3 main pools plus a splash park for little ones (one pool is adults only but we spent each day by the Teatro Maris pool which had great music and the animation team. Be aware there are no parasols-there is a canopied area at each pool although this is very limited and I struggled to get a sunbed in the shade-lots of people would ‘reserve’ a sunbed in the shade with a towel while using another in the sun. We went 2nd July so still before schools broke up and had to be up early to get a sunbed-on our last day we didn’t get to the pool until 10:30 and couldn’t get 2 sunbeds together. The food is very good-and I’m a picky eater. We were all inclusive-breakfast and dinner were buffet, for lunch we went to the Teatro Maris which served burgers, hotdogs, chicken nuggets, chips, a lovely salad, and ice cream pretty much available all day. There was always the option of plain pasta, pizza, chips etc for dinner. Drinks were good-alcohol servings were generous and included brands such as Bacardi and Smirnoff. The house wine was lovely too. A few cocktails were included but most had a surcharge. Take a water bottle-there are water dispensers by the pools and in the restaurants although these are not cold. We bought a big 8 litre bottle of water in the Spar near the beach (less than 5 min walk). All staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small charge for the safe (€3 per day) and you could hire a pool towel for a €15 deposit (cash only) although we had our own. We went with Tui and had an early outbound flight and late flight home (21:30 with a 18:50 coach transfer pick up). 10 min transfer from the airport and we arrived around 10:30. Check in was technically 15:00, so we left our cases in a storage room and went to the pool. They took our number and called us at 12:50 to say the room was ready! Although check out was at 11am, we could use the pools and all inclusive food/drink until we left. Also when we asked about a shower before leaving, we were given a time slot and had use of a shower room for an hour (17:30-18:30) which was really useful. Evening entertainment was limited and not really our preference-we were happy enough to sit and have a couple of quiet drinks and then went back to the room but some music/an option to have a little dance would have been nice. There are lots of steps from reception area down to most rooms which are laid out in 3 floor blocks, but pools and restaurants are on one level. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday and I’d definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel great food and helpful staff. We had a suite overlooking the pool. The Free bar in the theatre was always crowded so we went to Nauotilus bar where you paid a small charge for drinks. Nice atmosphere-non crowded. Value was just right. The hotel is spotless and the rooms too. Very quiet our Room facing one of the swimming pools. Amenities were fine for us. Just one observation they are strict about reservations of sunbeds and if you dont return in 20 minutes your towels are removed but there are plenty of sunbeds just positioning was very close no room for middle table etc. ate at the A La Carte restaurant one evening included in price. I was awaiting a full knee replacement so mobility issues were slightly challenging as there were some steps to the room and other areas. Would like to stay here again and normally never return to the same place. I had a body wax facial treatment at the Spa. Wonderful staff everywhere very respectful and polite too
