We were in the premier apartments which were ok they needed a bit of tlc the breakfast was good lots of choice too fill you up,the adult pool was nice,the beach was quite a bit of a walk not ten minutes.A good time lace for families.

2-week reservation for ALL-INCLUSIVE. A disaster, the only positive point is the club's infrastructure, which is very attractive, but I think they rely solely on that. -Let's start with the room (i309) room reserved for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) the bedding is a disaster, in the room 2 single beds pushed together with horrible mattresses, back pain and stiff neck. In the living room the sofa serves as a bed and a small cot, worse than a military cot. -let's continue with the buffets. Very little variety, passable quality, let's say it's edible. Fortunately, the staff is pleasant. -the entertainment, almost non-existent, 3 30-minute activities that follow one another in the morning as well as in the afternoon. example: -10:15 AM: muscle wake-up (I don't even know what was done or where it was happening) -10:45 AM: pétanque -11:15 AM: darts No atmosphere during the day, you'd think everything is focused on the dance shows in the evenings. To return to the ALL-INCLUSIVE Instead of favoring all-inclusive guests, all-inclusive guests are discriminated against!!!! Since the club is not all-inclusive for all guests, all-inclusive guests are forced to wait in line to get a simple Coke. If it were only that, a non-all-inclusive guest in front of me orders a Mojito, they carefully prepare his cocktail, with mint leaves and everything that goes with it to make a good mojito, I order a mojito, they put rum in a glass for me and serve me a mojito mix prepared in a drink machine... conclusion, disgusting. I order a virgin mojito for my son, I am curtly turned away or told that it costs extra. only 3 non-alcoholic cocktails are part of the all-inclusive package. Furthermore, (nothing to do with the club) a lot of wind on Lanzarote which can spoil your vacation. In short, if you were planning to come spend your vacation at this club, look elsewhere.

Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Grounds lovely with a huge pool and smaller pools near each apartment block. We went in March so it was quiet. Entertainment disappointing, a lot was in French which we weren’t aware of prior to booking. Location isn’t great ~ approx 15 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Probs easier in summer but out of season when colder not the best. In summer when apartments is busy, I’m sure atmosphere is great but out of season, it’s to big to have few guests so felt flat.
