Apartamentos Las Palmeras

Absaloutly disgusting ants nest in toilet soffa is disgusting insects running all over floor of apartment huge cracks going up walls . It filthy . Been going to lanzarote for 10 years 3x year and this hands down is the worst place I have ever stated at .

Stayed here with my partner between Xmas and new year. Weather wasn't great. Lovely apartments. Everything you could need. Staff in reception were friendly and very helpful.

The good stuff- Staff friendly and helpful.Room facilities basic but good. Beds comfy. The Bad Stuff-Very windy so the sun umbrellas where dangerous to use so no one could use them and one flew out of its holder and nearley hit me this could be very dangerous so by 2 p.m. no one was around the pool because it was so hot with NO shade. They need more secure newer sun umbrellas for customers use. most of the other customers where Spanish and most of them quite ans respectful of others staying there but sadly not all and ther where 2 Spanish families with children that where very very noisy and the children would run around the pool with giant watre pistols spraying people and they would come back of a night around 11:30 p.m. and start shouting and yelling. After a number of days we paid to move to another hotel which was great but cost us another lot of money to do so. While there I seen the reception staff speak to the said Spanish Noisy familys and the children around the pool but as soon as she went they would start all over again. Its a shame that a few spoil it for the majority. It is sad that because of the abive I wold never stay there again and would NOT recommend there to stay.
