Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

This was our seventh visit to White Suites so we knew what to expect. First the good stuff- every member of staff was friendly,efficient and made us feel nothing was too much trouble. Our deluxe room was perfect, along with the pool and sun beds. Night time entertainment was mainly excellent Now the not so great, and yes, it’s all about the food. Our first visit in 2018 we were blown away by the great quality of food. Moving forward to 2026, whilst the meals were not bad, they lacked in variety, quality and above all heat! Someone had the wonderful idea of putting all the bread and rolls at the other end of the dining room from the rest of the buffet - not great for those of us with mobility issues. We enjoyed one meal at the on site Italian restaurant which was of a very high quality. However, not so happy with the dessert menu! My husband has a nut allergy and it was disappointing to find that out of the four desserts on the menu only one did not contain nuts! This hotel is an absolute jewel but, please, please up the game with the food.

We appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and availability of the staff during our stay. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the quality of the dining, which seemed to us to be below the level expected for a hotel of this category, especially during dinners. Furthermore, the volume of the live music, both around the pool and during the evening entertainment, was excessively loud. Although the shows end at 11 p.m., the noise level did not promote the calm and relaxing atmosphere that many vacationers are looking for.

Very good apartments with friendly staff clean rooms and a great site. The buffet food is the only letdown it’s just average for breakfast lunch and dinner. The al cart restaurant is very good.
