Location was excellent
Apartment was clean
Small quite complex
Our water boiler started to leak at 5am flooding apartment (ground floor)
Rang emergency number displayed at reception after a few try’s phone was answered, was asked could I not turn water off myself I said no I had no idea
Someone came about 20 minutes later and managed to turn off water and then had to scoop up water with a long handled dustpan which took an hour
Boiler was replaced next day
Reception didn’t seem to think it was a problem there was no apology for inconvenience !
