H10 Lanzarote Princess

Excellent as always We love this hotel and have been coming back for a few years and have booked for February and September next year

Stayed here for 5 nights and was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. So here is my review. On Arrival the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Our room was really nice. I had a requested a room with the sun in the afternoon and my god did we get that. Lovely to sit and chill with a drink after the pool or beach. One thing I would say is the chairs needs cushions. We had room 304. Room was cleaned, bed made, towels changed every day. The whole hotel is spotless could not fault the cleanliness at all. Food. We went half board. I am the most fussy person with food but the food catered for everyone, I never went hungry. Breakfast was my favourite, although sometimes it was hard to find a cleared table. Pool area was very busy. We tend to walk in the morning but by the time we came back, we always found beds. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Nice hotel, brilliant location, rooms not bad but bathrooms are crazy, due to biddet taking up so much space. Awful food most days of the week. Overcooked veg, lots of red meat, if that is your thing, slow to replenish dishes. I must say, breakfast is not too bad. Not much chicken choices. Food not hot. Which makes this poor value for money. We ate out often. Be careful of out of date food by the pool. I complained about this and the sandwiches were still put out for sale the next day. Staff are friendly enough and work hard. Bedrooms and beds are low quality, our bed collapsed when we were laying down reading. We have stayed here a few times and have recognised a steady decline. I really liked this hotel and used to look forward to staying so I am really dissapointed. We stayed in Feb 26 and again in May 26 and have stayed previous years also.
