Stay away from these bungalows if you don't want to risk your health!
Given that the photos circulating online do not correspond to reality, we have never stayed in such a filthy and dirty place.
The kitchen is completely broken and greasy, and the outlets are dangerous because they come loose.
The bathroom and the bedroom are infested with ants.
One evening we went to sleep and found them on the bed; the next day we brought it to the attention of the reception, and we were told that they would inform the cleaning staff, but for the entire vacation, the situation remained unchanged.
It is not at all pleasant to sleep with ants crawling on your body or getting into your suitcase!
The towels, which by contract were supposed to be changed every 4 days, were never changed in 9 days of vacation. There is no washing machine, and if you want to use theirs, you have to pay.
There is no air conditioning and you die of heat, but you cannot keep the windows open because there are cockroaches around; we found quite a few! If you want a fan, you have to pay for it.
If you want a hairdryer, you have to pay for it, same for using the safe.
What can I say, Lanzarote is wonderful, but the stay in this dump, which wouldn't even deserve one star, partially ruined my vacation.
I don't know how it continues to be open; it is neither secure nor up to health codes. In Italy, it would have closed immediately.
Book elsewhere if you care about your health!!!
