It is not what is expected of a 4-star hotel, the room is small, the beds are small, the air conditioning is very noisy, the location is not bad, but not very good, the hotel does not convey the luxury of a 4-star hotel, it is a basic 3-star hotel. The views are nonexistent, the lobby is small and not at all elegant. When I book a 4-star hotel, I don't expect a dump.
