I can't think of the accommodation but of the restaurant. 1. The menu is not elaborate, basic, just. Typical dining room food. 2. Waiters fine, nice. 3. We magically disappeared a case of skiing. We were practically alone and were the last to leave, when we got to the car we noticed and when we returned the waiters told us that there was nothing there. We are sure that we entered with the helmets because we just dropped to the ground before entering (so we scuffled the child and the father took him and entered with him in his hand). No one could take it because we didn't have anyone around us were the employees or any of them specifically that shift. Too bad we're not coming back or advising. If you're gonna take care of your stuff.

We have been going almost every year for more than 10 years and this year has been second to none. Impeccable cleanliness, very good food, good quality, well cooked and presented and varied. But what I have to review the most is the attention of the staff, always attentive, with a smile, friendly, close and with good humor. I used to recommend it but now more, the quality of the service next to the location, far exceed the price. Congratulations.

When we arrived at the hotel we hoped to have the room on the 2nd floor that overlooks the mountain, we are customers from 2 years ago and in suggestions we asked that you please give us that particular room, since being in high area, reduces the accumulation of mites and dust. We were given room 167 on the first floor, which was full of dust, even turning off the heating we could not breathe, we had to open the window to get clean air and one of us had an allergy attack. But it doesn’t end all here... the thing is that once they lay on the bunk bed (the one below the middle right) with just raising their gaze there was gum stuck on the bunk bed above. Honestly it is not pleasant to be involved in this situation and less so when you are fully confident that you are paying for value for money.
