A lousy deal, the food was the same every day, just as bad. The workers very edges, very strict. We stayed 5 days, and the behavior with the minors was horrible. They didn’t change the sheets, they didn’t make the bed, they didn’t let even glasses to drink water. On the day of leaving, which we had until 16:00, at 14:00 we were not allowed to leave through the reception because, I quote his words: “you are virtually no longer in the hotel, exit through the garage” garage that is very badly connected with the exit. In general the lousy treatment, the food leaves much to be desired and the treatment especially of minors is terrible. Terrible experience. I was enjoying a ski trip here with some of my friends. However on the first night one of their beds broke - upon telling the front desk they did nothing to help us. This was very disappointing. The food was absolutely vile. It looks inedible, do not ever eat in the restaurant at the hotel so expect to have to go out for meals every night. Overall very disappointing trip. The hotel had plain horrid food and the beds were breaking in the room.
