Hotel disaster. After coming to the hotel every year, we returned this weekend. Previously, eating at the hotel was a wonderful experience. This year goes beyond a disaster. A more than pathetic buffet with a lack of variety, quantity, and of horrific quality (See photos) and a 'show cooking' that is more of a children's menu than a dinner. Grilled chicken, grilled sausage, grilled zucchini, and frozen french fries from the supermarket and nothing else. The desserts, more than scarce and pathetic. A nightmare of a weekend!

The hotel is fine, but the theme of the receptionists in particular one which we went to get ice since one person was injured and the answer was “go outside that have a lot of snow” the truth is that in a funny context we would have laughed but we were seen some concern when it came to commenting and she apart from receiving slow the information gives us that answer and I do not see it adequate.

Great experience from start to finish. The folks working reception super helpful, the room spacious and comfortable, great location and pretty decent breakfast. The views from the spa are fantastic. The pool could be a little warmer but that's the only negative. We will definitely be back!
