1) There is one entry point in to the hotel with a series of steps to reception. There is no ramp and certainly there was no one to assist...

The hotel is literally a short stroll from the bus station so very handy. We had a beautiful room at the front with a balcony which was fabulous to use. The street below is a normal shopping street...
