THALASSO CANTABRICO LAS SIRENAS

In transit, we are spending the night at the best hotel complex with apartment blocks in the Mariña Lucense in the Municipality of Covas Viveiro, province of Lugo, my homeland. Positive is the comfort of the spacious rooms with views of the Viveiro Estuary, panoramic terrace in the cafeteria, restaurant with a somewhat limited menu. Hotel parking included in the room price at no cost and breakfast separate, which we did not have in order to continue our trip. Well, with a 4-star Resort and that is what it is, it is incomprehensible that the cafeteria is not available in this month of July until 12 in the morning, since we did not have the buffet booked. It seems improper to me for travelers who get up early to continue their trip without a coffee in between. Otherwise, there is nothing negative to report.

Our stay here was fine. Lots of improvements to be made but there are also good points. It is not really a 4 star hotel. On arrival at the hotel it is difficult to find a parking space with cars just parked everywhere. The complex has a strange layout. The room and ensuite was large and clean. Water was only provided on the first night. The balcony had two old and cheap plastic chairs and no table. The reception and bar staff were really excellent. The bar terrace had outstanding views and good wine at really reasonable prices but again the furniture could be upgraded. We tried to book the restaurant but it was fully booked so can't comment on the food. Almost a mile walk into town along a coastal path. Overall our stay was fine probably saved by the lovely staff and amazing view from the bar.

A two-night stay that is hard to forget. Facilities are very well maintained and impeccable in cleanliness and staff treatment. Unique landscapes and views from practically any room, accompanied this time by a very appreciated detail, which is the location without requesting it in a room much superior to the one contracted.
