Right on the A6, surrounded by corporate buildings and single-family homes, far from the city center but with plenty of services (restaurants, shops...) around, we find this building typical of the chain's suburban hotels. Surrounded by some flower beds and potted plants, it has an exclusive access area for vehicles right up to the hotel door. Four heights, combining gray and raw granite. Straight lines, powerful aluminum windows and a small volume that emerges from the elongated main volume in which after half a dozen stairs (or an attached ramp) we find, under some metal letters with the name of the hotel, access to the reception. To the left would be the ramp that goes down to the parking lot.
After the stairs, a huge glass window with an automatic door leaves us in front of the reception desk. To the left, a display case offers various products for sale (wines, sweets and books). Right in front of the counter, and to the right opens the wide hallway that leads to the elevators and the space occupied by a modern and comfortable room that serves as a cafeteria, restaurant and living room. The first sensation is of modernity, very much in line with the chain's hotels. Right there we come face to face with the huge metallic gray block, with the chain's logo at one end, which acts as a reception desk. Three jobs but only one occupied by a young woman. Check-in is as tedious as ever, but at least it is done with friendliness. You have to pay at that time, although the invoice will be given to us upon departure in case we include more expenses during the stay. He gives us the documents that we must sign and on some cards the cards that will act as keys to the rooms.
We walk to the right, and in the background we see the two elevators. Before we pass by some low backless chairs that combine wood with upholstery in sand and gray tones, and a long work table with two computers and a printer available to customers. Right in front is the restaurant with high and low tables, armchairs, some shelves and a large silent plasma screen that broadcasts a news channel. Calm and tranquility around. The elevators are spacious, typical of the chain: reddish wood walls with some metal signs with the hotel services, a dark mirror, somewhat worn metal buttons, dark upholstered floor and little light.
It opens its doors to a rectangular hall with a couple of empty shelves (from when the chain offered fresh fruit and newspapers there). To the left runs the hallway of the rooms. Something narrow, dark greenish carpeted floor, black walls, few and indirect lights, reddish wood doors with shiny steel handles. Behind the door, to the right we find the slot for the card that activates the lights. Next, the glass door to the sink, with a small ball-shaped metal knob. Vescom walls in a very light green, almost gray color, dark wooden floors that are quite well maintained and clean. The ceiling of the entrance hall, made of wood, has a round point of cold light in the center. Before reaching the bedroom we find the air conditioning display on the left: a wheel for the temperature, an on and off button and another for the air output power. It works quite correctly but with a lot of noise.
Next the bedroom space. It is not very big, and there is not much free space. On the left, under an ugly sand-colored abstract painting, is the long, wooden trunk with a black leather cushion on top of which to rest the suitcase. Below is a metal-colored wooden cabinet that houses the minibar with a short assortment of waters, soft drinks and juices and an old television, somewhat small with a flat screen and poor image quality. Adjacent to it and in the space that remains up to the back wall, a long desk with metal legs and a black glass table. On it a modern telephone, a fine metal lamp with a raw lampshade and an available plug. Below is a metal and leather trash can and a modern work chair with wheels also in metal and leather.
The back wall is occupied by a powerful black aluminum window with views of the side of the building and lots of light. It appears protected by a thin fog and a white curtain. The light filters in in the morning but the external soundproofing is formidable. Just below, and on a herringbone and somewhat laminated carpet, there is a black leather armchair and a low round glass table with a metal base.
On the right side of the bedroom we find a white and comfortable bed. Wide to be single, scarce to be double. Dressed in a soft duvet that covers a comfortable, generous-caliber mattress, supported by a simple black couch. It offers three pillows decorated with gray embroidered trim. It appears recessed against a dark wooden headboard, on the sides of which there are embedded white lamps and adjustable spotlights for reading in bed. The nightstands, one on each side of the bed, are simple metal shelves. On one of them the television remote control, on the other a modern telephone from the chain, a notepad and a pen. Above there are black switches to turn all the lights in the room on and off.
The wardrobe has two dark wood doors and white glass with small rounded metal knobs. The interior light comes out through the windows creating a pleasant and warm sensation. A drawer on which the safe is installed; half a dozen normal hangers, with the chain's logo; and a shelf above where we find the laundry bag.
Rest is comfortable. The soundproofing is perfect, but not the interior, which clearly could be improved and the movements in the hallway and adjoining rooms are heard too much. The general feeling of the room is of a certain modernity, in line with the chain, but with little space.
The bathroom is typical of the chain. Adequate space. Black and greenish marble walls and floors behind the glass door. On the right, a polished glass countertop with a single-lever faucet. On it a hand towel and a bar of soap in a small white porcelain soap dish. Below it runs a metal towel rack with two washbasin towels of appropriate size and correct quality, which together with two large bath towels hanging from the bathtub towel rack complete the linen set. Above the sink a large mirror up to the ceiling. Three points of light constitute the illumination of the space that is somewhat insufficient to see well in the mirror. Under the counter there is a metal trash can. To the right of the door, anchored to the wall, a good power dryer.
To the left of the door, the toilet, with a free-standing cistern and directly in front and protected by a glass screen that does not close properly and causes a lot of water to leak out, a generous white bathtub. At his feet, the folded shower foot and inside three anchored bottles with shampoo, gel and conditioner. Inside, a single-lever faucet ends in a somewhat rickety shower head. Adequate pressure, flow and temperature.
In the morning, at the reception desk there was some confusion when it came to making the bill, and little else. .

A very nice hotel, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Aracava, the 162 bus runs regularly and stops right in front of the hotel and goes to the subway in about 10 mins, we were able to go into the centre of Madrid very easily and quickly, pleasant and helpful staff, good selection for buffet breakfast, the lady at breakfast is very nice and friendly; she always ask you if you need anything before she closes up, thank you for that, there is a Burger King and other restaurants close by, my negative feedback (the reason for the 4 stars) is that we couldn’t find a channel in English or French? This was strange since travellers come from all over the world? And they start breakfast later on the weekends? Not everyone sleeps in on the weekends, sometimes you have excursions, If you have to check out, you need to request a “Grab and Go “ I think management should change this, But otherwise good hotel to stay, excellent location
