Auditorium Madrid Hotel

This review is directed to Agueda Aguilar and Arian Torres, for the treatment received; thank you very much for attending to me with such humanity, ten out of ten workers, eternally grateful. A hug for both of you.

I spent just a night here as I had a connecting flight early the next morning. Checkin for the hotel was quick and efficient with friendly staff serving the counter. The hotel is huge, at around 1000 rooms, so it can take a bit of time getting from the lobby to the room and navigating the blocks of the hotel. Whilst the room was good, cleanliness could have been improved, with hairs still visible in the shower, and glass marks left on the side of the sink. All other areas of the room were good however.

I have, I believe, the highest status of Marriott loyalty. So I speak from experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great (especially Irene and Griss). The shuttle from the airport had no AC. It was 35C that day. Awful. Neither that driver nor the one on the return helped us with our luggage; other passengers did. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to assist with our bags (I use a cane, help is appreciated). The staff in the Executive Lounge was great. The food was below Marriott standards though.
