The hotel is in a central area, yet very quiet, which makes everything close and allows for rest. The room was very cozy, everything was very clean, and the staff was all very friendly and attentive to everything that is needed The breakfast buffet was perfect and very abundant with a lot of variety Without a doubt, we will return For me, a 10 out of 10 Thank you for the service

Perfect hotel for tourists in madrid, less than 10 minutes from the airport by car or you can use public transport easily too. Hotel very clean and fresh. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast provided - as a vegan of 10 years plus the variety of foods was excellent plus soy, almond or oat milk available without request which is wonderful. The staff all very pleasant snd welcoming, especially Miguel who helped us tremendously with planning journeys. The metro system is very straightforward and the nearest station is only 3 mins walk from the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in its quiet residential area.
