Not only was the location of the hotel unbeatable for what we were going to do (going to a concert at the Metropolitano), but the facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and above all, the treatment from the staff was wonderful. Special mention to their 24-hour luggage storage service and to one of their reception staff, Alejandro, from the night shift, who treated us wonderfully at all times. We left promising to return whenever we have to go to Madrid and we are extremely grateful.

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and very good connections to the city (35 minutes by public transport). It completely met our expectations. The staff was very nice. The room on the 4th floor for 3 people (extra bed) was sufficient, clean, and functional. Both the selection of dishes, the juices, and the fruit were fresh and local. There is also a very good option here. The hotel is located on a very busy two-way street, which was also fine during Pentecost with the windows open. However, those who wish can also keep the windows closed and let the air conditioning run. The neighborhood itself is an outer district of the city center of Madrid. There are many offices here and even more construction sites, where apparently new houses or offices are being built. Anyone who wants to eat something in the evening should do so either at the hotel or in the city center. There is plenty of selection there. Overall, a VERY GOOD 👍 for the hotel, the staff, the rooms, and the breakfast. The price-performance ratio was very good for the location of the hotel and the distance to the city center.
