I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madrid.
The room was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable after long days of exploring the city. The staff was exceptional throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful with recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly.
One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. I normally skip hotel breakfasts in favor of finding a local café, but this one was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It ended up being one of my favorite parts of the stay.
Another huge advantage is the location. Having DiverXO, one of the world’s most celebrated three Michelin-star restaurants, right at the hotel was an incredible perk and made for an unforgettable dining experience. The hotel is also close to the Santiago Bernabéu.
While many of Madrid’s famous attractions are about a 1.5 mile walk away, I actually enjoyed strolling through the city each day. It was a great way to experience different neighborhoods and discover cafés, shops, and parks along the way.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service, an excellent breakfast, and a fantastic location especially if you’re interested in football, concerts, or Michelin-star dining this is a fantastic choice.
