Mirador De Chamartin

This has been the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Madrid. During the night, the room was so incredibly hot it felt like an inferno, making it completely impossible to sleep even for a minute.It was 20 degrees Celsius outside, but the hotel had the air conditioning completely turned off. I guess they are waiting until it reaches 40 degrees outside to see if they finally turn it on. To make things worse, opening the windows didn't refresh the room at all, and they didn't even provide any fans.Unless you are used to sleeping in a room at 30 degrees Celsius, absolutely avoid this place.

The governor threw us out of the room. The cistern was already broken and started to lose water at night. Screaming and us just up for the knocks he gave on the door. In 2 minutes we were in reception to have a new room. It was 8 in the morning. Having paid for a week's hotel and breakfast. We were awakened by the screams he gave to the person who cleans that plant. Breakfast at 10 was nothing and coffee. 1 week vacation and was horrible the stay at it Hotel Mirador de Chamartín. I hope Address says something! Never happened to us. We went a week and with breakfast. Paid for all of it first day.

Hotel with good communication.Easy parking in the area.All very clean,the room not very large but well.The spacious shower.Breakfast with a lot of variety and good quality.In the very friendly staff reception we could even check in.early.
