Hotel far from the center, reachable by metro in 40 minutes, plus about ten minutes on foot to get to the metro station. Otherwise, Uber or taxi, which still take about twenty minutes and have a cost. It is labeled as a 5-star hotel, but it does not deserve all of them. My room (a suite) was on the 11th floor. Many Ikea-style furniture (too many) that one does not know what to do with, shampoo and bath foam in plastic containers, absence of a room service menu and a laundry price list. The staff at the reception, particularly Franco and Arianna, were extremely kind. In short, a hotel suitable for groups that arrive, sleep, have breakfast, and then leave by bus, not for those who want to visit Madrid.

Instalaciones inmejorables: Desde sus áreas comunes hasta sus vistas, el hotel es una obra de arte arquitectónica con servicios de primer nivel. Personal excepcional: Lo mejor de todo es el equipo. Superb hotel with really pleasant and attentive staff. Easy location from the airport bus 200. Nice pool and magnificent room. I will return for my next trip.
