Ibis Madrid Alcala La Garena

The beds and pillows are truly amazing. You sleep very, very well. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Reception staff are generally friendly. 100% recommended

Very friendly staff, family rooms are good and very clean. Super comfortable and spacious beds. Good breakfast.

Spacious room, comfortable but very normal, without refrigerator. We are a couple and there was only one spare pillow, in the bathroom there were no sink or bidet towels, only two shower towels. The reception and the bar are attended by only one person, so the waits on one side and the other become endless, when we arrived we had to wait long and when more of the same came out, a lot of lack of staff / organization.
