Our experience was absolutely unacceptable. The reservation was fully paid in advance through Booking.com, and yet, when our workers arrived at the hotel around 2 AM after a long journey from Portugal, they were denied access. The reception staff checked the reservation, had them fill out the traveler registration and all the check-in documentation, but ultimately denied them the room, claiming they did not have the physical card used for payment, even though the stay had already been paid for. They even offered another card as a guarantee, which was rejected. As a consequence, they had to spend the night at the Madrid airport without accommodation. The most surprising thing is that the hotel later classified the reservation as a "No Show," when the guests did physically show up at the reception and were attended to. Additionally, we requested a refund and the corresponding invoice, which the hotel itself had previously confirmed it would issue, and we never received a response. We have submitted the official complaint form and the claim to the consumer authorities. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for serious accommodation and professional service.

100% recommendable. I want to highlight the cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, good communication, and especially the attention at the reception, particularly from Nelsy Santos, who allowed us to check in early so my son could rest as he was feeling unwell during the trip. Thank you

Great location and super cleanliness hotel. The room is spacious and cosy. Facilities are new and modern. The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel is just 7 minutes away from the Airport. There are some very good restaurants and affordable price nearby. Highly recommended
