I booked this hotel the night before my flight because it had a transfer and pickup on the return; I only had to call upon arrival and that's what I did, but when doing so they told me they wouldn't pick me up because I didn't have the return night booked, forcing me to take a taxi. They sell you one thing and then it is another; definitely, cheap turns out expensive.

This hotel is an amazing value for a long layover near Madrid airport. It has a great pool and is close to a shopping mall. They have a FREE late checkout until 3pm and an FREE airport shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay overnight near MAD.

We stayed one night before a flight and the experience was very good. Before arriving we did the online check-in, which made the arrival much faster and we barely took any time to pick up the key. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was barely any noise, so we were able to rest perfectly. The staff was friendly both at the front desk and in the restaurant, always willing to help. The breakfast surprised us with the variety and quality of the products. Another very positive point is the airport shuttle service, which is very convenient and punctual. Also, very close to the hotel there is a shopping center, which is great if you need to buy something, eat, or just take a walk before or after the trip. Overall, a very good value for money. If we need a hotel in this area of Madrid again, we will definitely stay here again.
