The doorman on Sundays doesn’t feel like working, he answers angrily and with zero professionalism. He answered my father as if he didn't feel like working, being an older person who asked him all the education in the world.

The apartment is different than the hotel of the same name, apartment itself consisted of a decent sized living room, kitchen area with basic equipment, twin bedroom and bathroom... appearance is a bit old and can do some improvement..

Location is not central - its in the 4 towers business district - there are limited amenities close to the apartments - the metro is about 7 minutes walk away - but you can get to the centre easily by metro once you get to the station
I could not find a supermarket easily - only a small one that was quite expensive - so it was difficult to shop for food - but there may be one I did not find
THe reception staff don't speak any language except Spanish so we could not communicate easily - but the night guard was very helpful in booking us a taxi - although we had no common language
THe apartment itself consisted of a decent sized living room, kitchen area with basic equipment (but no kettle or coffee maker), twin bedroom and bathroom. It served the purpose quite well. It was easy to regulate the heat - we were cold and it warmed up quickly.
The fittings are cheap stuff - furniture etc is all IKEA and a bit battered. The walls are painted woodchip and colour was a depressing grey.
Only Spanish channels on TV.
THe biggest issue for us was the wifi connection was TERRIBLE .
We had to stay in the bathroom or kitichen to get any signal - and it was impossible to do much because the loading time for anything was so slow - it kept breaking down as well. So there was a lot of sitting on the toilet and swearing!!
There is a hotel connected by a corridor and you can use the very basic cafe /bar there. It only serves things like burgers and omelettes and hot dogs.
There is a swimming pool out back but it was closed when we visited - in Feb>
THis is an ok place if you want budget accommodation with self catering - but its very basic.
