We called more than a month in advance because we needed to stay in San Sebastián to take some exams. Upon arriving at the hostel, we received the unpleasant news that our reservation was missing, and we were informed that the establishment was fully booked for those dates. They only had one room available for that same night, and while we searched for another option, we had to stay there. Even though the mistake was theirs, they offered us no solution and charged us €90 for a night that, honestly, given the conditions of the hotel, is not worth it. If you do not want to be left without accommodation in Madrid, I recommend that you do not choose this hostel.

First of all, the good care received by the Morning Receptionist should be said. Then the good heating that the whole hotel has. The bathroom very clean and the room with clean sheets and a good TV. I will repeat when I return to San Sebastian de los Reyes. Thanks for everything.
