Once again, it was an unforgettable experience. When you go to a Meliá, expectations are high because of its reputation. Well, as a regular Meliá user, I must say that this one is in my Top 3 and makes Meliá have that Premium Hotel status. From the attention of all its workers, speed of check-in/check-out, excellent breakfast, etc... evidently, the hotel you have to go to if you go to Madrid, there is no other like it. P.S.: Aleix Sánchez is on another level, it's about putting feeling into the work, it's the detail that makes the difference. Congratulations to the entire staff. You guys are the best!
