Good hotel but sympathy 0 poorly trained professionals, taking out the bar, the reception of the worst I have ever seen, especially the pseudo receptionist of the night of her name Marta, the most antipathetic I have ever seen in my life. Good room service and restoration. Attention to values . For a slice of watermelon they charged 7.90 euros. Generally not worth it, even minor operation..... I suggest much more training.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel from 14th June to 7th July 2026, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. A special thank you to Yasmin, Alberto, Sergio, the gentleman who checked us in, and the guy who quickly brought us an electric fan when the air conditioning wasn't working properly. 😎 They were always ready to help with a smile. The bar staff were fantastic too! A special shout-out to Cristina for her wonderful service. 🍻😍 My apologies for not remembering everyone's names—my memory hard drive isn't working very well! 😄 But every lady and gentleman we met was brilliant. We stayed in a Super King Room for the first part of our holiday, then moved to a Junior Suite for a week. The Junior Suite came with lovely little touches, including daily sweets, a small bottle of wine, and champagne, which made our stay even more special. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition—the rooms were always spotless. ¡Muchas gracias! 💗 The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. If you order a meal, you'll also receive complimentary chorizo and olives, which was a lovely touch. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavour. The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to a Carrefour, two small convenience shops, a pharmacy, boutiques, and Amazonia Açaí Café—we loved it so much that we became regulars! The area is peaceful, and everyone around was so friendly. ❤️👌 Transport is also very convenient. There's a bus stop right beside the hotel with services into town, another bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and the metro is about a 10-minute walk. This is a busy hotel for good reason. The excellent staff, comfortable rooms, great food, and convenient location made our stay memorable. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again! It was an excellent experience due to its facilities, the comfort of its rooms, the buffet, and above all, the magnificent attention of its staff, specifically David, Alberto, and Gabriela, who helped us with everything we needed, always with a big smile. Highly recommended.
