After more than 12 years staying at this hotel Im afraid we will never do it again.
We spent 2 nights there and the second night we were woken up for the shouting int he corridor. We understand, the hotel cant control where other guest do but we were expecting the events wont last for a whole hour.
The people on reception didn't even apologize the day after.
We were 5 women carrying bags of 15 kg and nobody (4 employees were on the reception) helped us to drop bags or pick them up when we were back to head to the airport.
We wait 20 minutes outside for a taxi and again even if no other guest was around, we were not assisted with our luggage.
After writing a personal complain to management, no answer was received for a week.
Staff were completely indifferent and unhelpful. We had to wait a long time and our complaints were dismissed by management.
With so many hotels in Madrid we will definitely find a better option!!!
