Melia Galgos Hotel

The hotel is well located, we upgraded our room and it was worth it since the room is larger, you have access to the level where there are drinks at all times and snacks at no cost, at the level one of the guys at the reception: Alberto would say that he is the soul of the hotel, attentive, friendly, and offered me a bag of ice twice when I was in pain, a lovely person. The bed is very comfortable, and all the toiletries are Rituals, which I love!

I stayed in this hotel 2 days, the worst experience of my life, the rooms are too small, the staff people with bad attitude , if I ask for something to be done they answer in a bad mood , definitely not a pleasant hotel to stay, I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this hotel, if you want to be treated in a nice way this is not the place to stay
